Sources & methodology

Evidence before
completeness.

Miami Projects VIP publishes a fact only when its source, review date and publication rights are clear. The directory is verified coverage in progress—not a claim to contain every project in South Florida.

01 · Source approval

Primary first.

Approved sources are official developer websites and releases, municipal and county records, government agencies, licensed APIs and databases for which access is authorized. Aggregators may help discover a project but do not establish a publishable fact.

02 · Field provenance

One fact, one trail.

Address, status, price, completion, developer, building facts, rental policy and media each retain their own source URL and last-checked date. A page can therefore publish confirmed fields while withholding a conflicting one.

03 · Publication gate

Conflicts become drafts.

New or changed data enters moderation when a source is incomplete, a figure conflicts, a project appears duplicated or media rights are unclear. Manual overrides are audited and do not erase the source record.

04 · Rights

No borrowed gallery.

Developer renderings, photography and floor plans are not republished without written web-use permission or a licensed media kit. Where appropriate, separately licensed area photography is labeled as neighborhood context—not a project rendering.

Update schedule

Automatic where permitted.
Manual where required.

Daily
City of Miami and City of Fort Lauderdale new-construction permit discovery; West Palm Beach mixed-use/multifamily project-case discovery; Florida OIR newsroom discovery; and topic-filtered Miami-Dade County and Florida Realtors RSS discovery. New candidates enter moderation; none publishes automatically.
Weekly
Source-health, duplicate-candidate and failed-run review.
Every 7 days
Published price facts expire unless reconfirmed or held by an approved manual review.
Every 30 days
Official project pages, completion dates, sales status and disabled municipal reference sources receive manual review.
On approval
The publication gate rebuilds the catalog, map, project pages, news archive and sitemap from the same reviewed database.

Connected source families

What is connected now.

Automated discovery

Miami and Fort Lauderdale permit APIs use narrow new-construction filters. West Palm Beach EnerGov is limited to mixed-use and multifamily project cases, name and jurisdiction. Florida OIR official links and the Miami-Dade County and Florida Realtors RSS feeds are checked daily. Every route is moderation-only; article text and media are never copied.

Manual primary sources

Allowlisted official project and developer pages support the current project records. Palm Beach Gardens, Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale Property Reporter and Broward zoning records are manual corroboration sources and are not scheduled.

Not yet connected

No licensed MLS, developer inventory feed, DBPR feed, Freddie Mac feed or FRED API is connected. Florida Realtors is connected only as a secondary link-discovery RSS source, not as a licensed listing or inventory database.
